Toddler Causes "Major" Security Breach at White House

That unexpected moment when a building is placed under lockdown because of a baby.

The White House was placed under lockdown yesterday evening after a toddler wriggled through a fence and innocently made his way onto the prestigious building's front lawn.

According to NBC News, Secret Service spokesman Edwin Donovan said the child accessed the lawn just past 8 p.m. last night, initially sending the agency into a frenzy. NBC's senior White House correspondent Chris Jansing said the boy slipped away from his parents, perhaps drawn to the building's glow.

In the end, everyone got a big laugh out of the situation, as the Secret Service joked that they were going to "wait until he learned to talk to question him, but in lieu of that he got a timeout and was sent on way with parents."

Watch the unnamed child grow up to be the president one day.
