Emma Stone appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman last night, and much like her character in her upcoming movie Magic in the Moonlight she appears to have a healthy respect for all things mystical.
In a conversation with Letterman, Stone claimed that her deceased grandfather (whom she never met) leaves behind quarters for the family to pick up. She really does seem convinced it’s him, although she’s also a pretty good actress, so maybe it’s all just a big piece of performance art.
In any case, if you need to fill a parking meter, it sounds like Stone is a good friend to have around.
