One of the most obnoxious traditions of the annual State of the Union Address is the opposing party’s rebuttal to the president’s speech. Tonight, Republican Cathy McMorris Rodgers, a representative from Washington, chimed in after President Obama was finished in order to give her party’s view on the country.
