After spending the better part of eight years attending college, it would have been marvelous to see something like this happen just once.

Last Thursday, Georgia Tech and the Clemson Tigers were vying for football supremacy (that's what it's called. We checked). During halftime, the Tigers marching band performed a classic Nintendo mash-up which doubled as an effective means of tribute to the classic console. The marching band cycles through the early days of the NES by coming together and forming characters from Mario, The Legend of Zelda, and anything else vaguely reminiscent of Nintendo iconography.

We approve football, we approve.
