Call of Duty: Ghosts, the next game in Infinity Ward's 10-year-old military shooter series, will be one of the launch titles for the Xbox One console release later this year.

There's a lot going on here according to this full length trailer and the big press event today. Most importantly is that all COD: Ghosts DLC will hit Microsoft's Xbox One first, exclusively, before being distributed elsewhere.

Game maps will be dynamic experiences and will feature events like earthquakes, storms, traps, and floods.

"It will be the best Call of Duty game we've ever made," said Activision's Erik Hirschberg.

Another reveal coming from Activision today was the addition of character customization in multiplayer. Allowing players to choose their heads, bodies, helmets and gear. The addition of service dogs will allow players to use the dogs to detect traps and attack enemies.

Most importantly is that the whole thing is being written by Stephen Gaghan, of Traffic and Syriana fame. Watch the trailer here and let us know what you think.
