Don't eat meth—even if it looks like candy. According to the Los Angeles Times, 37-year-old Daniel Ruiz was arrested in Oxnard, CA for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance yesterday morning. While at the police station, he told officers that he felt sick, so they called an ambulance. Ruiz was tempted by the sweet appearance of meth, he's just an idiot.
That's when he told emergency responders that he had swallowed a portion of meth, which is never a sound decision. Ruiz was taken to the hospital, but won't be able to use sympathy to dodge those charges.
