Martin Freeman got a whole new audience last year when he starred as Bilbo Baggins in The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. Before, you might have seen him as Tim (the Jim character) on the UK The Office.

That show only lasted two seasons, but now he's on Sherlock playing Afghanistan vet Dr. Watson to Benedict Cumberbatch's Sherlock Holmes. If you're not watching it, look it up on Netflix Instant—you won't be disappointed.

Although principal photography for all three Hobbit films was done last summer (the three Lord of the Rings movies were all shot at the same time too), Freeman says they've got to go back and do some more work on them.

"It's a film we've not yet finished. People sort of say, 'How was The Hobbit?' and I'm like, 'I'm still doing it!'" he said. "It's going to be part of all our lives for a long time." Cumberbatch (the villain in Star Trek: Into Darknesswill be in the next movie as well as the dragon Smaug. Luckily, though, he and Freeman aren't too busy with outside projects for their show—Freeman said they'll be back on set for Sherlock next month.
