Bad news for fans of the new TBS comedy Wedding Band: The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that the cable network has opted not to renew the Brian Austin Green-starring series after one season. If you look at the comedy's run since its premiere last year, though, this news isn't all too surprising - high profile guest stars like Green's wife, Megan Fox, weren't enough to counter the fact that it was airing in the graveyard timeslot of Saturday at 10 PM. As a result, the series failed to really attract attention or viewers, and garnered a disappointing 1.4 million viewers in total during last weekend's season finale.
Sorry, Brian Austin Green. At least you've still got Megan Fox!
