A South African man was reportedly found with his nephew's genitals inside of his wallet. This will presumably lead to a murder charge. The unidentified man was arrested on Wednesday, then taken to a forest in Eastern Cape, where he showed police the mutilated body of his 18-year-old nephew. That's when they discovered the grisly remains in his wallet.
The victim had been missing from the town of Ngcobo since Sunday. Police are investigating whether or not the murder was a "muti" killing, where witchdoctors reportedly use body parts in their potions. There's apparently a market for the sale of human body parts for this very reason in South Africa.
