For most of Sex and the City, Sarah Jessica Parker's Carrie Bradshaw character lived in a small apartment in a brownstone on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
In real life however, things are way different. The actress owns not one but two townhouses downtown, in Greenwich Village.
Along with her husband Matthew Broderick, she bought one of the properties— at 20 East 10th Street— for $18.9 million back in March of 2011. The place is so nice that they never even moved in.
Now they're selling it for $24.9 million. The five-story house reportedly has five bedrooms and seven fireplaces spread over 5,178 square feet of living space.
