The guardians of a 15-year-old girl have been jailed after they tied her to a tree at a Virginia campground and hurled eggs and beer at her. The girl was placed in the care of Randel and Loretta Miller by her biological parents, until authorities found her bound to a tree with ratchet straps at Windsor campground on May 2.

Police have no motive for the abuse, but neighbors Margaret Allen and Ross Renicker were also charged. All four "responsible" adults were charged with assault and battery of a household member. All, except for Renicker, were also charged with abduction.
