Diesel Filling Station (Atlanta)

2 oz (or more, depending on your preference) Bakon Vodka infused with rosemary, peppercorn and Serrano peppers
8 oz Worcestershire
2 oz Spicy brown mustard
4 oz A1 steak sauce
2 oz Sambal
Bottles of Guinness draught
Olive juice
4 ounces Bloody Mary mix (your choice)
Special spicy salt for the rim (Experiment by mixing coarse salt with various ground spices, such as mustard powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, white pepper, cayenne and garlic salt)

Celery, olives and pickled okra or green beans for garnish (pickled okra or green beans can be found at most high-end grocery stores)

Infuse the Bakon Vodka with rosemary, peppercorn and Serrano peppers a week in advance.

Mix Worcestershire, brown mustard, A1 sauce and Sambal thoroughly in a bowl to make Diesel's special Bloody Mary blend, and refrigerate.

Prepare garnish on large toothpicks at home because packing for a tailgate can be a bit overwhelming.

Prepare spicy salt mix in a bowl with a lid (The bowl allows for easier application to the rim of the glass.)

Fill a 16-ounce glass with ice, 2 ounces of infused Bakon Vodka, Bloody Mary mix, 2 ounces of the Guinness, 1 ounce of olive juice and 2 ounces or more of the Diesel special blend (I like a good spicy cocktail; you may want to adjust to your guest's liking.)

Shake or stir well

Moisten the rim of a second glass with olive juice and dip the glass into your spicy salt

Transfer cocktail to salted glass and add garnish.
