We aren’t too shy about our opinion(s) on Nintendo’s latest handheld, the 3DS. To say that the handheld has had a lackluster life thus far is an understatement. Pricing debacles, completely lack of must-have software, the problems that it has faced in its short life have been many. Judging by the new trailer for the upcoming Mario Kart 7, it could be time to give the system a little slack.
What can we say? We’re suckers for a good Mario Kart game and 7 looks to be just that. Featuring more than 30 tracks, both new and old, as well as motion controls, online play, and a slew of new characters, this could be the best entry into the Kart series that we have seen in years.
Thanks to this game, we might now grunt “so” much if we were to end up with a 3DS this Holiday season.
‘Mario Kart 7‘ Might finally Give The 3DS A Purpose
Maybe there is hope for the 3DS after all: a new Mario Kart game!
