After working to shut down shops in Hong Kong , which posed as official Apple Stores, Apple is now setting its focus on the Big Apple. According to a Reuters report, the company has filed trademark infringement lawsuits against two Queens, N.Y. stores for allegedly selling counterfeit Apple accessories. The suit claims two stores, Apple Story and Fun Zone, have been selling fake iPod, iPhone, and iPod cases and headsets, some even emblazoned with Apple's logo. The lawsuit is calling for all counterfeit products to be destroyed and Apple Story to change its name to something that doesn't resemble an Apple property.
