No, this isn't a historical documentary about Nazi Germany's Invasion of France in 1940; rather, Hell Comes To Frogtown is the kind of headache-inducing movie that could have only been birthed during the horrendous decade of the '80s. The "plot" of the movie follows Sam Hell, played by "Rowdy" Roddy Piper," as he tries to save a group of ultra-fertile women from some mutated amphibians that are using them as sex slaves.

As the story goes, the women are so valuable because fertile ladies are a commodity in this post-apocalyptic world, and it's up to Hell to mate with them as often as he can. We're pretty sure Children Of Men was based partly off this premise, but with less Piper and more, you know, good stuff.

It's bad enough that the shoestring budget and illogical premise grounds this movie before it ever takes off, but Hell Comes To Frogtown—unlike his other, far greater sci-fi flick They Live!—also shows audiences why Piper should stick to hitting people with coconuts in a skirt.
