The Mortal Kombat: Legacy web series has swapped from the Sonya and Jax storyline of the previous two episodes in favor of explaining the origins of Johnny Cage. He’s a washed-up movie star trying desperately to extend his 15 minutes of fame. While his acting skills and attitude are deplorable, his martial art prowess is the real deal—and when Johnny Cage hits rock bottom, a sinister opportunity comes knocking.
