Boston's Together Festival Weekend Guide (4/22-4/24)

Electro music and art dominates Bean Town this weekend.

Boston's electronic music festival, Together, started earlier this week, but really begins to heat up this weekend. Panels and demonstrations are cool and all, but the bulk of the fun happens when top notch DJs spin and the speaker-rattling synths blare. For a full list of events and venues check Together's site, but we've highlighted a few notable events for you below.

Friday marks UK remix champion/producer Switch's first time in Boston; he'll be rocking the after-hours spot, Rise. On Saturday, label Ninjatune's showcase goes down at Goodlife, and features legendary Japenese DJ Kentaro and their newest signee, locally-bred producer/Passion Pit drummer Shuttle. Spend lazy Sunday browsing art at the Yes Oui Si gallery for the closing of the Amalgamate Art + Music + Technology installation.
