Taylor Swift has hit the road to embark on her first stadium tour in three years, as the pop star kicked off her Eras Tour in Glendale, Arizona on Friday night.

Swift’s first tour since the Reputation Stadium Tour in 2018, last night’s Glendale show saw Taylor perform classic cuts like “Love Story” and “You Belong With Me” alongside more recent offering such as “Cruel Summer” and “The Man.”

Earlier this year, Taylor’s Eras Tour broke the record for the most concert tickets sold by an artist in one day with 2.4 million.

As reported by TMZ, Swift didn’t shy away from expressing her emotions, what with it being her first arena tour since 2019.

“Is it just me or do we have a lot of things to catch up on? It’s been a really long time since I’ve been on tour,” she told the crowd. “I can’t even go into how much I’ve missed you...because there’s no way to verbalize it.”

Later on in the night, Taylor admitted that she was feeling “really overwhelmed, and trying to keep it together all night.”
