Joey goes first, rapping about battling evils. “I give it all I got and to the best of my ability, yeah/ I take it day by day with grace and that humility/ ‘Cause I done live in way too much hostility,” he spits. JID also slides on the track with a thoughtful verse, rapping, “Ain’t too many minorities seen the possibilities/ Dodgin’ enemies, mind jittery, lookin’ to find an identity.” Wanna Be Loved” appears on Joey Badass’ highly-anticipated album 2000, out now

Flo Milli has a new anthem. “Bed Time” is a cocky track that appropriately samples Missy Elliott’s 1999 hit, “She’s A Bitch.” On the track, Flo Mili slides over the beat, delivering combative bars and bragging about her status. “When I see you out in public, bitch, your ass is mine/ You can get away from me offline/ But when you walk up in the club, you’ll be back in the bind,” she spits. And the chorus is even catchier, as she raps, “I might fuck around and make the headlines/ Make a ho go night-night like it’s bedtime.” “Bed Time” is one of the many standouts from Flo Milli’s latest, You Still Here, Ho?

“Persuasive” is a catchy record from TDE’s Doechii that details her relationship with marihuana. Over a hypnotic beat, courtesy of Kal Banx, Doechii raps about the euphoria she feels once she takes a puff. “Feel it’s the season I should fly solo/ I’m so sedated and she so persuasive/ This isolation, so sweet you could taste it,” she raps. The song has been out for a while, but now Doechii’s labelmate SZA appears on a new version of the track, singing, “How does it feel to be alive?/ Let me break it down ‘til it feel right/ How does it feel? I’m so aligned, and it’s so/ Devil himself can’t kill the vibe.’

Nardo Wick puts his own spin on Suzanne Vega’s “Tom Diner” for his new song “Dah Dah DahDah,” in which he interpolates some of the 1987 pop rock song, while drastically switching up the subject matter. On his version, Nardo raps about street activity, spitting, “If there’s problems, we gon’ solve ‘em/ Got a lot of weapons for the drama/ I’m talkin’ ‘bout them FNs, Glock 19s and SK/ Wicked wild man, somebody tell ‘em stop, he on a rampage.” “Dah Dah DahDah” appears as one of twelve new tracks on Nardo Wick’s Who Is Nardo Wick (Deluxe)?

Rico Nasty is back with “One On 5,” an aggressive track with a danceable beat. On the track, Rico Nasty sounds unbothered as she won’t be provoked by minor issues such as boys or combative women. “I ain’t finna flip, I ain’t finna act out/ Over no boy, over no dumb shit/ Long as my sisters good to go/ Everything straight, on my mama though,” she raps. But if tempted, Rico Nasty is ready to pop off.  “If my bitch jump, you gettin’ jumped twice/ We’re some one on one, hoes one on five,” she adds. “One On 5” appears on Rico’s latest project, Las Ruinas

Then 2 Chainz delivers a fiery verse, rapping, “Me and Mozzy in a Maserati/ With your girl in the backseat, duckin’ paparazzi/ I’m the real thing, you a carbon copy/ Got the mushroom with the chocolaca/ Boom shakalakalaka, get it? Uh.” Later, Saweetie comes in hot, spitting, “Don’t be shy, you can at me, sis/ ‘Cause ain’t nothin’ worse than a pick me bitch/ All I do is breathe and blink and it got y’all pissed/ Nah, I ain’t got a dick, but can suck my tits.” “In My Face” is a standout from Mozzy’s album, Survivor’s Guilt

“If I Get Caught” is a toxic cheater’s anthem where DVSN basically makes a case for why cheating should be permitted in a relationship. Though their argument isn’t strong, the chorus is quite catchy. “If I get caught cheating, that don’t mean I don’t love you,” DVSN’s Daniel Day sings. The track samples Jay-Z’s 2001 single off The Blueprint album, “Song Cry.” Ahead of the single’s release, DVSN shared that Jay-Z gave them his blessing.

Elsewhere on the track, Ken Carson delivers a dizzying flow as he raps in a low pitch, “I’m countin’ opps, I’m countin’ caskets/ I turned nothin’ to somethin’, feel like I did magic.” “She Want Some More” will appear on Internet Money’s upcoming project, We All We Got, which is expected to drop on August 19.
