The-Dream's long-awaited album, Crown Jewel, was originally supposed to be released today, but it has officially been pushed back, as Terius has also announced his departure from Capitol Records. In the lengthy Instagram post, Terius explained that the album was pushed because of a three month quest to get his official masters for the music,  but he didn't go into exact details as to why he decided to leave Capitol, who handled his distribution.

In the statement, which included a picture of the paperwork he submitted to the label for the album that you can see above, Terius explains that even though the music is complete, due to legal issues, he can't put it out until he gets everything squared away with his release from the label.
