In the series premiere of their Out Here music show, V Files spends the day with rapper Mykki Blanco and DJ/Fools Gold CEO A-Trak resulting in some quality entertainement as the musicians offer up lessons in some of their favorite past times.
A-Trak is generous enough to spoltlight some of his scratching techniques and tries to teach a young interviewer the basics of looping and blending. Meanwhile across town at Washington Square park Mykki demonstrates his love for henna tattoos and preps an ink drawing that—thankfully for the volunteers—is not permanent.
"Out Hear” episodes are set to premiere every Tuesday with future guests inculding Kilo Kish, Rat King, Blood Orange, SSION and more.
