The 2014 BET Hip-Hop Awards aired last night and—despite the fact that the network accidentally published all of the winners beforehand—the show had some noteworthy moments. Besides some incredible BET Cyphers—where the women took the spotlight in most cases, especially Remy Ma, the performances were pretty much on point. Common, Jay Electronica, and Vince Staples performed the "Kingdom (Remix)" and brought out Mike Brown's parents, and the “Hip-Hop Icon” tribute to the world's greatest entertainer Doug E. Fresh went down, too. The awards, hosted by Uncle Snoop, ended with a high energy performance from Bobby Shmurda... who brought out TerRio, too.
