There is no near end in sight as the Kesha vs. Dr. Luke suit continues and becomes more grim by the day. Nine months after the singer filed a lawsuit against the producer for sexual assault and battery, the legal battle continues in New York after a Los Angeles judge put the case on hold in California.
Responding to Dr. Luke's lawsuit against her in NY, the court documents obtained by TMZ find Kesha claiming Luke “threatened to put [her] dog down if it came near him while they were in a recording studio.” The documents don't stop there but go on to describe moments where the producer threatened to take her mom (and songwriting partner) off song credits and tried to blackmail his wife into an abortion. Attorneys for Dr. Luke responded saying that he denies all allegations. We'll update with more details when they become available.
