The latter half of this year has been a real treat for Louis Culture fans. After dropping his woozy double drop “7am”, the rapper returns with two brand new singles, “Twiss” and “Can’t Deny It”, the latter of which sees him connect with rising singer BINA and reunite with his old friend, Kadiata.

To mark the occasion, the South London native called on director Jay Russell to put together some whipsmart visuals for “Twiss”. Playing to the rhymer’s grounded and unpretentious stylishness, the video follows Louis around the block as he bumps into a cast of characters from both his past and his future, including p-rallel, BXKS, and one or two others you might recognise. Occasionally dizzying but hypnotising from start to finish, it’s the perfect fit for that mantra-like hook.

For production, Louis reunited with Pullen, another old friend you’ll remember from his work on last year’s “Dream” and the previous year’s “Burst” with KAM-BU. Built around a taut bassline and driving kick drum, this is absolutely one for the approaching winter chill.

Peep the “Twiss” visuals exclusively above and be sure to add the song to your playlists.
