SZA's been having an amazing year. Her debut albumCtrl was released back in June and has received rave reviews. "I feel like people are sick of me saying I’m surprised," SZA told Pitchfork. "They’re like, ‘Bitch, shut up,’ and I’m just like, ‘I can’t because I’m literally still shook.’ I can pretend to be not shook if it would make y’all less angry with me."
The singer also received five Grammy nominations, which included: Best New Artist, Best Urban Contemporary Album, Best R&B Song for "Supermodel," Best R&B Performance for "The Weekend," and Best Rap/Sung Performance for "Love Galore" featuring Travis Scott.
Oh, and Forbes named her on their 30 Under 30 list. Not too bad of a year. Check out the visuals for SZA's "The Weekend" up top.
