Transatlantic duo FARR, consisting of London-based producer Linden Jay and L.A vocalist Romeo, have been kicking out soulfully-minded jams for the past few years now, earning a considerable fanbase including R&B icon Kelis who recently brought them out on tour. Sadly, some of those dates were ultimately cancelled because of COVID-19, but they've still got plenty to look forward to, including the arrival of their debut album Weightless (due March 27).
Earlier this week they liberated the album's first single, "Magic", and now they're back with the second extract, "Wildflowers". A dreamy and adventurous cut, the new single perfectly marries the dual influence of classic West Coast funk and UK soul. Coming with the track is this intimate and faintly surreal visual directed by the boys along with L.A-based cinematographer Tim Toda that neatly ties in with the track's hazy, laid-back charm.
