Bas returns with the official video for "Jollof Rice," featuring his Dreamville labelmates EarthGang.

Directed by Mariah Winter, the video goes the simplistic route and relies more on visual effects and retro-inspired cinematography rather than a complex narrative. But make no mistake: The video avoids becoming a snooze, as it features bold colors, head-turning threads, and beautiful women.

The track appeared on Bas' newly released Spilled Milk 1, which is part of a rollout for his upcoming full-length project.

"I’m doing something episodic that I want to keep going in the future," he told Complex back in July. "When it comes to working on and releasing albums, I want to ensure there’s some growth, that there are some changes stylistically, and generally that’s taken me like two years a pop. But I’m always making music that doesn't see the light of day, and I want to break that mold. I’m creating a little platform for that and I’m going to use some of these songs."

The visual also arrives just days after EarthGang's released their debut album, Mirrorland.
