Wiley x Skepta

If you're not aware of the back and forth between Wiley and Skepta then where have you been? Musically at least, it began with Wiley's "Flip The Table" towards the end of 2018, where he took aim at both Dizzee Rascal and Skepta (for collaborating on a song) over a remixed version of his "Eskiboy" instrumental.

Then came Skep's response earlier this month on "Wish You Were Here" in which he takes some shots of his own at Wiley, while also revealing that he has tried to squash the beef behind the scenes—he even made a surprise appearance at Grime Originals which was held in celebration of Wiley's birthday, but—in typical Wiley fashion—he didn't show up.

Now you're up to speed: in the early hours of this morning, Wiley clapped back once more with "Don't Bread Me". He teased the track artwork on his Instagram account a few weeks ago but now the full track is out. "Don't Bread Me" sees Wiley channeling the energy of grime's early days, replying to Skepta's accusations, while also delving deeper into the issues between the pair since Wiley first told him to pick up the mic.
