Blueface has connected with YG on the official remix for "Thotiana," a hit single off his 2018 project Famous Cryp.

The 22-year-old rapper teased the song earlier this month on social media, sharing behind-the-scenes footage of the remix's video shoot.

Directed by Lyrical Lemonade's Cole Bennett, the visual begins with Blueface on a high school football field where he's getting scolded by his coach. The rapper is being lectured about his lack of committment to the team, but becomes distracted by a group of girls on the track.

The video then follows Blueface and YG as they live it up, flexing with their cars, cash, and jewlery, while surrounding by twerking women.

Blueface blew up in 2018 after his unconventional rapping style caught the attention of heavy-weights like Kendrick Lamar, Ice Cube, and Drake, with whom he will reportedly collaborate. The original version of "Thotiana" recently debuted on Billboard's Hot 100 (No. 75), marking Blueface's first official entry on the chart.

"If you're playing 'Thotiana' there's going to be more than 10 people. It's kind of a turn up," he told XXL magazine about the record's success. "So you know, if I've got that many ears at one time, then it's gonna spread much faster—from car to phone, this party to that party. That's why those songs blew up faster."
