Lil Yachty and Valee have linked for a new track titled "Wombo," produced by Chase the Money.
Earlier this month, Yachty—who's still hoping to land a spot on a future episode of Donald Glover's Atlanta—got animated for the official video to his DJ Khalil and Didier Cohen-produced Teen Titans Go! to the Movies soundtrack cut "GO!' In addition to contributing to the soundtrack, Yachty is the voice behind Green Lantern. The movie, also featuring voice work by Halsey and Will Arnett, hits theaters July 27.
As for Atlanta, Yachty recently revealed that he damn near landed on the critically lauded FX original's inaugural season. "Bruh, I've seen Donald Glover, like, twice and every time I ever see him I say, 'Bruh, please put me on the show,'" Yachty said when—for reasons not entirely clear—giving a paid celebrity botherer the time of day. "He knows."
Valee, meanwhile, is gearing up for a spot on one of this year's many can't-miss tours. He'll be joining Sheck Wes and G.O.O.D. Music boss Pusha-T for the latter's DAYTONA Tour, kicking off July 31 at Red Rocks in Denver. See the full itinerary below, then do whatever it takes to ensure you don't miss the one closest to you.
