The album may be on the way sooner than we'd think.

With his next album Rap Or Go to the League possibly coming out any day now, it looks like 2 Chainz is definitely in album mode.

The Atlanta rapper took to Instagram to share some snippets of some new music that is set to be on his next project. In the clip, the rapper can be seen in the studio vibing out to the song along with someone sitting behind the boards, even asking them to take the song from the top again for another listen.

There's no telling what the song in the clip will eventually shape up to be, but it has all the things we've come to expect from Chainz up until now: a simple but commanding flow over bass-heavy production. He hasn't set any concrete release dates for the album just yet, but it makes sense for this project to come out sometime this summer, putting it a year after the release of his last studio album Pretty Girls Like Trap Music. The last time he took to IG to share song snippets, his EP The Play Don't Care Who Makes It dropped within days, so perhaps this means ROGTTL is on the way sooner than we'd think.

Apart from working on his album, it seems like he's made plenty of time for features, appearing on songs with YG, Killer Mike, KYLE, and Korean idol Jay Park; and all of those have only been released this month.  Hopefully, he drops a brand new single of his own sometime soon.
