A man seen across social media in a viral beer-smashing video has now been confirmed to have been arrested on multiple charges, including for allegedly “exposing sex organs” to another person 16 years of age or older.

According to regional outlet WIBW, the Topeka Police Department in Kansas responded to a Walmart in the area on Monday evening after receiving a disturbance call. Upon arrival, police said, they discovered 44-year-old J Dustin D. Cain “throwing things” at others inside the store. Police said they were also made aware that Cain had allegedly “exposed himself to a teen.” Cain is said to have resisted arrest but was ultimately taken into custody.

Online jail records show Cain was booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections on Tuesday. Bond is listed at $5,000 on charges including felony criminal damage to property, battery, assault, and exposing sex organs to another 16 years or older.

Complex has reached out to the Topeka Police Department for additional comment. This story may be updated.

Per multiple reports, Cain is the same individual seen in a viral clip showing a man destroying cases of Busch Light in a Walmart. As the clip gained traction, many pointed to its arrival happening not long after chatter of a Republican-led, transphobic pushback against Anheuser-Busch over Bud Light’s collaboration with Dylan Mulvaney. It’s not clear, however, whether the viral clip has any connection to this.
