The Daily Mail has fallen to an all new low.
The outrageous newspaper (we use that term loosely) dropped another front page brimming with hatred and prejudice on Wednesday, highlighting 17 foreign drivers using their phones behind the wheel – because British people can never be guilty of dangerous driving, right?
The Mail inexplicably linked their "investigation" to the tragic case of Tracy Houghton and her three children, who died after being hit by Polish trucker Tomasz Kroker, who was distracted behind the wheel of his vehicle. While you can never condone reckless driving, the insinuation that foreign drivers are to blame for the issue has been met with widespread condemnation.
The paper snapped 17 drivers – all of whom were reportedly foreign drivers – on their phones in a 90-minute period on the M20.
Gary Lineked led the charge against The Daily Mail's "racist" reporting.
The Mail only took photos of foreign-registered lorries.
This has got to stop.
