In the spirit of its core ethos, Sprite has launched "Get Vocal"; a social platform, and most importantly, a challenge. A challenge for young people to creatively express their points of view regarding today’s most prevalent issues. Which, at a time when the country is so divided and political, is more crucial than ever.
Sprite believes that it’s the youth of today that will push the conversation forward, with positivity and ultimately real world change. Get Vocal is empowering and elevating those voices that feel silenced, and reminding young people how powerful they truly are.
Drawing inspiration from freestyling, the original outlet for independent self-expression, Get Vocal will offer participants the chance to record and share their own unique 60-second cyphers with a custom beat created by Izze The Producer. Strengthening the movement, Sprite has also partnered with many of today’s most woke artists and influential tastemakers, including Rapsody, Tierra Whack, MadeinTYO, DJ Drama, and more. Leading up to Election Day, each shared ways to Get Vocal in local communities, and posted their own fire freestyles.
