Some days are so busy, the only time you can squeeze in a meal is during transit. But that kind of behavior wasn’t going to fly with one overzealous passenger in Oakland, who decided to call the police because another rider was eating *drum roll* a burrito.

That’s right ladies and gentlemen, burritos are a no-no on the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), since there are rules against eating on the train. As the New York Post reports, one man took justice into his own hands by berating some poor fella trying to eat in peace. It’s 2018, so of course someone captured footage of the incident and put it on Reddit.

“You can’t wait? The sign says no eating or drinking. You don’t get it? You must be stupid,” the man says in the video. He then gets up and heads to the train’s intercom. “I’ll get the police onboard, how about that?” he threatens, before someone on the other line answers. “Yes please, can you get a policeman onboard here? We’ve got someone dining here in the first car.”

Other passengers can be heard laughing at the man, and encouraging the burrito eater. “You enjoy that shit,” one says.

The police never come, probably because they have better things to do, and the burrito guy eventually gets up to exit the train. One passenger suggests the angry man “does not ride BART much.”

“I ride BART more than either of you,” the man insists. Then the video ends and we all move on with our lives.

Unlike many of the recent calls to 911 in the Bay Area, this one doesn’t seem racially motivated, since both passengers appear to be white. This guy just seems to have a stick up his ass and wants everyone to follow the rules.

“I like rule followers, personally, but rule enforcers are another thing entirely, and this guy needs to let it rest. Also, he’s lucky the burrito eater is another white guy, or he’d be hounded out of his job by Monday,” one Reddit user wrote, probably referring to Alison Ettel, aka #PermitPatty.
