Ronda Rousey enters Octagon for UFC 207 fight.

Ronda Rousey has finally broken her silence, just nine days after her loss to Amanda Nunes at UFC 207. While she remains hidden from the public eye, Rousey posted the following quote by J.K. Rowling from her 2008 Harvard University Commencement Speech titled "The Fringe Benefits of Failure, and the Importance of Imagination."

Following her first career loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193, Rousey waited a couple of days before releasing a short statement on Instagram, promising "I'll be back."

Since Rousey suffered her second loss in as many matches, there has been plenty of speculation regarding her future in the sport. Her mother, AnnMaria De Mars, admitted after the UFC 207 bout that she wanted her daughter to retire a "long time ago." Fellow UFC fighter Jon Jones has been quite vocal since Rousey's loss, advising her to "pick yourself up and try again." Rousey's team released a statement on New Year's Eve saying that the former Women's Bantamweight champion will take some time to "reflect and think about the future."

Rousey's latest post still raises plenty of question marks regarding her desire to get back into the Octagon. Does rebuilding her life include getting back into mixed martial arts, or will she start focusing her attention on interests outside of the sport? One thing we know—Rousey will let us know exactly what's on her mind...eventually.
