It was a relatively quiet sports week... until Thursday. Now, if you have been living under a rock for the last couple of days, two days ago, Derek Jeter capped off his legendary career in pinstripes with yet another clutch performance, driving in the game-winning run in the bottom of the ninth. Since that moment, it has been damn near blasphemous to slander Jeets. Before Thursday, however, that's a different story. 

When the New York Yankees were eliminated from playoff contention, some folks had a nice little jab at The Captain and his long-running "RE2PECT" campaign, as you can see in the above image. But why stop there? There was plenty more targets to choose from. Let's see. There was the rumored new Golden State Warriors arena which looks an awful lot like a toilet, James Harden's lack of defensive skills and some of undefeated NFL teams who could be knocked down a peg or two.
