Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which has seen multiple rumors of halted production in recent months, is reportedly shooting scenes showing members of the Kardashian family "discussing" Kanye West's hospitalization. Entertainment Tonightreported Thursday that several unnamed members of the family had already shot the scenes, which will potentially be seen in the next season of the long-running E! reality series.

To be clear, this does not mean that cameras were allowed anywhere near the hospital during West's admittance or that West himself has been involved with the production in any way. Sources confirmed to ET Thursday that the production crew never entered UCLA Medical Center, adding that West's previous habit of keeping his appearances on the show quite scarce would likely continue. "He's never been a fan of having the cameras around him," a source said.

Though ET's report doesn’t mention which of the Kardashian sisters were involved in the alleged shoot, Kim Kardashian's participation is unlikely. As reported back in October, Keeping Up With the Kardashians reportedly did resume production following the Paris armed robbery, but without Kim's involvement.

Since being released from the hospital last month, West has reportedly been hard at work on new music. A report from TMZ early Thursday said that "sources close" to West had suggested a new album could be in the works, claiming that West himself had compared his recent hospitalization to how he felt when making "Through the Wire" and 808s & Heartbreak.
