Rising Canadian rapper, Killy, is continuing his overnight success by steadily dropping new heat. Now, just a little over a year since his breakout single, the "Killamonjaro" mastermind is planning a full-length project, collaborating with buzzworthy artists, and headlining his first nationwide tour. To help bolster the live show, Mr. HoodHookage has spent the last couple of months perfecting his stage presence and filling out his growing catalog. At the top of 2018, fans were blessed with a bouncy leaked cut called "Beautiful", and this week, the saga continues thanks to a dope new single and video for a track entitled, "Very Scary".

The fresh release, which dropped earlier today, has Killy's signature autotuned warble over rich instrumentals courtesy of 16yrold and "Back to Back" artist-producer, Daxz. On the dark and piano-filled song, Killy delivers a barrage of bars about VVS diamonds, Bloody Mary, and Burberry bags. It's a relatively short banger, but it thankfully comes with slick and spooky visuals from David Del Rosario and WVMR. You can check it out above via Killy's official YouTube channel. If you happen to be in Canada this month, you can catch the "No Romance" emcee performing in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver among other places.
