Even if you're not a footie fan, chances are you've heard the news about Dudley Road Records, the new label headed up by Daniel Sturridge. As the name suggests, Sturridge and the label have a soft spot for the Midlands, but the label won't just focus on 0121. The second release on the label is "Miss You"—from Birmingham beatmaker Screama and fellow Brummie singer Capstone Heights, who you'll remember was responsible for the label's first drop back in February.

Speaking on how he came to start a label, Sturridge told Complex:

"The reason why I started a record label is because I've been very passionate about music since a very young age. I've always loved the management/business side of things, and was always intrigued by successful record labels. It's something I've always thought I would like to do, given the opportunity and time to do so. Our aim is to give people an opportunity from not just Birmingham, but all over the world. We would love to help people build long-lasting careers."

Take a listen to "Miss You" below and keep it locked on Dudley Road Records for more drops.
