It seems we’ve seen the last of Danny Brown’s gap-toothed grill.
As pointed out by Spin, the 36-year-old rapper recently hit up social media to show off his new and improved smile without his iconic chipped teeth. “I’m going thru changes,” he wrote on Twitter shortly after the internet received word about his dental work.

This isn’t the first time Danny’s chipped teeth have made headlines. Back in 2013, rumors began circulating that KFC had paid to fix Danny’s gap after learning about the initial incident that caused it; however, the rumor was later debunked.
Danny gave a full breakdown of his dental injuries in a 2011 interview with Detroit Metro Times:
I just think God intended for me not to have teeth. I was a little kid. I was riding my homeboy's bike, back when I was staying off Gratiot. And this IROC-Z pulled out of a KFC parking lot and I didn't see it. I got hit by the car head-on. That's how I lost my teeth the first time. But I got 'em fixed! Parents paid for it and everything, I was good. Dawg, like a month later, I'm playing in the house, I fell and chipped a tooth on the table leg. I'm like, 'Damn!' Didn't get it fixed, then was playing basketball a couple of years later, and a nigga came down with an elbow and chipped the other tooth. So I had two, big ass chipped teeth. The shit started deteriorating, and one day I was eating a big piece of chicken, and the shits just came out.
Hopefully he’ll have better luck with these pearly whites.
Fans can see Danny and his new teeth who will hit the road this fall for a series of shows, one of which is the fourth annual Bruiser Thanksgiving alongside Lil B. The event will go down Nov. 22 at Detroit’s Club Fantasy.
