Yasiin Bey and Ferrari Sheppard hit up New York City's Apollo Theater Wednesday night in support of their new Dec. 99th album and brought out special guests Slick Rick and Pharoahe Monch.

Slick Rick came out to perform "Auditorium" off the 2009 Mos Def album, The Ecstatic. Pharoahe Monch later tweeted about the night, "The world famous Apollo theater Tree Of Hope. I definitely just gave a fist bump to the stump, I spoke to it for a minute too. #kikishepard."

Dec. 99th arrived on Tidal on Dec. 21 featuring previously released songs "NAW," "Local Time," and "Seaside Panic Room." It's a big album for Bey who says it will be his last after announcing his retirement.

"I'm retiring for real this year, this week," Bey said back in October. "With the 17th anniversary of Black on Both Sides being released, I am grateful to have had the career that I have been able to enjoy." His next few scheduled concerts are said to be his last shows.

The pair will continue the short run of shows with a second night at the Apollo Thursday night (Dec. 22) before heading to Washington D.C. for three nights from Dec. 31 through Jan. 2, which you can grab tickets to here. Watch their entire first night at the Apollo above and be sure to catch them both when they make their late-night debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Thursday evening. Yasiin Bey will be heading to London for two shows in the New Year, which you can grab tickets to here. You can also stream Dec. 99th right here.
