Over the weekend, Disney announced at their D23 convention that our favorite songs from the classic Disney movies are all about to get a very modern makeover with a cover compilation album according to The Hollywood Reporter. Titled We Love Disney, the fifteen track album has chart-topping artists including Ariana Grande, Ne-Yo, Gwen Stefani, Jessie Ware, Jason Derulo, Fall Out Boy, Kacey Musgraves and more covering songs from favorite classic Disney movies Hercules, The Muppet Movie, Cinderella, The Jungle Book, Aladdin, The Little Mermaid and The Lion King. "In choosing the artists to appear on We Love Disney, we tried to cover the whole spectrum," Verve Music Group chairman David Foster said in a statement. "I wanted great singers. That's always been my mandate. We set the bar high and everyone who came in absolutely killed it. The vocals on this album are spectacular."
