MA-1's And Graphic T-Shirts Are The Glue That Hold KOMAKINO Fall/Winter 2013 Together

KOMAKINO is a menswear label named after the Joy Division song of the same name, so yeah, I'd say that's a pretty rough start for them and their chances of being successful. And then there's the issue of the parachute pants and sus-tacular see-through shorts. Two strikes later, shit's basically a wrap for KOMAKINO. At least that's how I felt. But then I saw their MA-1's, graphic sweaters and tees and suddenly realized that collections only have to have cool bomber jackets and T-shirts in order to be considered cool. That's the glue that holds collections together. Everything else, like pants, shirts and accessories are just free play time for designers.
