Banksy is back to painting child graffiti artists for his New York residency, "Better Out Than In." For his 21st piece in the city, the British street artist has stenciled a little boy tagging a wall while a tuxedo-wearing waiter serves him spray paint on a tray. For Banksy's first piece of his residency, he painted two young graffiti writers stealing the spray can from a "Graffiti Is A Crime" sign. It seems that at least one little boy is doing much better for himself 20 days later.

The piece is somewhere in the South Bronx, a location that might be more than random. Last week, Cope2 posted an Instagram of an alleged collaboration between him and Banksy in the South Bronx that featured a stencil of a pig and red graffiti writing with Cope2's tag. While the collaboration was really a joke, Banksy's new work seems to allude to Cope2's red writing, playing off of the king of Bronx graffiti's tag. Banksy's writing reads, "Ghetto 4 Life," an ironic piece for a little boy who receives his spray paint on a silver platter.

UPDATE OCT. 21 12:55 P.M. ET: Blue tags have appeared around the new Banksy work, which is located at 153rd Street and Elton Avenue. Also the building's owners told Gothamist that they are looking for someone to help cover up the piece.
