The custom scene was a bit more concentrated in July. We saw similar specialty shops focus on similar cars, meaning we saw a few versions of the Porsche Cayenne and the Range Rover Evoque, two of the more popular options lately. Hamann and wheelsandmore, like usual, were two of the big players this month. See what cars they chopped up and where they rank in July's 10 Coolest Custom Cars.

10. A. Kahn Design
Car: Range Rover Evoque
Included in one of Afzal Kahn's most recent customizations are front and rear bumpers, a boot spoiler, central exhaust, fog lamps, LED running lights, a refreshed front grille, a lowering module, privacy glass, brake calipers finished in Vesuvius copper, vented foot pedals in machined aluminum, and heated seats. Inside the car, Kahn featured the popular diamond-quilted seat stitching and striking red accents.
Car: Ferrari 458 Italia Spider Perfetto
Given a full carbon treatment, this Italia has been lightened and pushed to 647 horsepower and 468 lb-ft. of torque.
8. MEC Design
Car: Mercedes-Benz S550
One of MEC Designs numerous S-Class customs, this configuration features an MEC Design Electronic Lowering System module, MEC Design stainless steel exhaust system, 21-inch mecxtremeI wheels, and aftermarket interior parts in piano black.
Car: Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible
This is a 2011 Chevy Camaro SS Convertible customized by the Celebrity Auto Group. The sharp black and white custom features 26-inch painted wheels, Eibach lowering springs, custom painted dash kit, a rally grille, and racing stripes.
6. JE Design
Car: Porsche Cayenne 958
This newest kit from JE Design gives the Cayenne a muscular body that more appropriately matches that signature Porsche power and luxury. The upgrade gives the SUV a wide body, a PASM suspension system, new wheels, and a new roof spoiler.
5. Vorsteiner
Car: BMW 1 Series M Coupe
This one is mostly about looks. Sure, Vorsteiner has added a little power to the BMW 1 Series M Coupe, but the GTS-V upgrade is mostly about gaining a more muscular stance on the road. Everything is based on improving aerodynamic efficiency through all-new pre-preg carbon fiber components. The upgrade also includes a new diffuser with extended aero fins and a trunk lid that adds downforce to the rear axel.
4. Hamann
Car: Range Rover Evoque
We saw Hamann take a stab at re-upping the Evoque with a two-toned scheme earlier this year, and since then, Overfinch and A. Kahn have taken their turns. Now, Hamann is back with a darker, sportier version, complete with multiple wheel options.
3. Wald Custom
Car: Lexus CT 200h
The treatment to the Lexus hybrid, which is rated at a combined 42 mpg, features vertical LED lights, side skirts, roof and rear hatch spoilers, and a unique rear bumper with white accents popping the two dual tailpipes and rear diffuser.
2. Hamann
Car: Porsche Panamera
Named after the French fictional long-nosed character, HAMANN dubbed this package CYRANO. The Laupheim-based customizers raised the max specs on the Panamera, pushing it to 62 mph in 3.7 seconds, to 124 mph in 12.4 seconds and topping out at 195 mph.

Car: Lamborghini Aventador
If the Aventador weren't already dope enough, MANSORY's kicked it to overdrive. Blacked out, carbon everywhere, and just six specimens. They're calling it the "Black Diamond." It is ultralight and even faster than the base offering.
