After years of using Hall & Oates' "You Make My Dreams" as their goal song, this season the Toronto Maple Leafs finally replaced the track with something a little more current. Unfortunately, it only lasted for one game.

According to multiple reports, including TSN, the team has backed out of using the Steve Aoki remix of Kid Cudi's "Pursuit of Happiness" over concerns about the song's lyrics, specifically the part about driving drunk. The team didn't actually use that snippet of the song for their goal celebrations.

After going with Cudi during Wednesday's home opener against the Montreal Canadiens, they switched it up for Mickie Krause's "Dup Dup" on Saturday against the Minnesota Wild. Now the team is likely to rotate between songs for the rest of the season.

Either way, it doesn't seem to be affecting top scorer Auston Matthews: he opened the season with two hat-tricks.
