As a junior at Louisville, Teddy Bridgewater threw for nearly 4,000 yards, 31 touchdowns, and only four interceptions. Many pegged Bridgewater as a veritable lock to go Top 10 in the 2014 NFL Draft, but things changed during No. 5's pro day. The 2012 Big East Player of the Year—by his own admission—bricked the workout and was heavily criticized. ESPN's Todd McShay called it the "worst pro day" he's ever seen. Consequently, Bridgewater's draft stock took a tumble. He eventually fell to the Vikings with the 32nd overall pick.

Nine months later and it would appear that Bridgewater had the last laugh. After throwing for nearly 3,000 yards and 14 touchdowns in his rookie campaign, the first round's last pick appears to be one of the best. On Saturday, Bridgewater accepted Pepsi's Rookie of the Year Award and Complex News was there to give him his first post-award interview (an error by his publicist, we're sure). Anyway, for more from Bridgewater, the NFL stars in attendance, and a few Hall of Famers, check out the video above.
