LeBron James continues to tease early looks at his upcoming Nike LeBron 21 signature sneaker on social media. Fresh off of the first colorway shared by James last week, we're now getting a closer look at a purple-based "Violet Dust" makeup dropping this fall.
The image shared by James yesterday, which was reposted from @carterwangchina on Instagram, features a more premium build compared to the two previous styles shared by James earlier this month.
This "Violet Dust" pair is constructed with a soft nubuck material throughout the entirety of the upper, while vibrant gold hits cover the Swoosh logos on the sides, the heel tab, and James' signature on the tongue. This colorway also features a quilted detail behind the tongue, while a purple Zoom Air-cushioned midsole and a semi-translucent outsole appear below.
Thus far, we've seen three different colorways of the forthcoming Nike LeBron 21, including the aforementioned tan pair as well as an all-good iteration featuring a velvet-like construction.
At the time of writing, release details for the LeBron 21 have yet to be announced by Nike or James, but the sneaker is expected to be released sometime this fall. Check back soon for official updates in the coming weeks.
UPDATE (08/17): Thanks to @Knowing_kicks on Instagram, we now have a detailed look at the upcoming "Pure Violet" Nike LeBron 21 colorway. As of now, James' next signature shoe has not yet been unveiled by the brand.
