Nike is the latest brand to join in on the sneaker loafer trend with the Air Max Phenomena loafer, pictured here.
Atmos Japan's creative director, Hirofumi Kojima, shared an image on Instagram of the women's exclusive model. The upper of the sneaker is predominantly constructed of a premium tumbled leather material, including the strap that stretches across the midfoot. While a majority of this initial colorway is dressed in black, a grey suede panel that wraps around the mudguard breaks up the design. Getting into the Air Max portion of the sneaker is the tooling that's borrowed from the Air Max Sunder, featuring three visible windows of the Air bag on each side.
Despite an early look from Kojima, a firm release date for the Nike Air Max Phenomena has yet to be announced by the brand. Check back soon for official updates.
